Volleyball is a physical sport. Signup for sessions with Trainer Chris for fitness, speed, vertical jump, and all-around conditioning. You'll be faster on the court, more explosive, and better conditioned for long rallies. Sessions last for the month unless otherwise noted (e.g., - off for holidays). Sessions are currently T/Th 4:15-5:00 pm, but may also be moved toT/Th 8:30-9:15pm for High School ages, depending on number of signups.
