Volleyball is a physical sport. Signup for sessions with Trainer Chris for fitness, speed, vertical jump, and all-around conditioning. You'll be faster on the court, more explosive, and better conditioned for long rallies. Sessions last for the month unless otherwise noted (e.g., - off for holidays). Sessions are currently T/Th 4:15-5:00 pm or T/Th 7:45-8:30pm. Cost: $60-155/mo., based on the number of sessions.
